Jewels Jelly
ingredients
2 cups of longan, without seeds

3-4 pandan leaves
|
Food colouring
|
6g agar agar powder
|
100g sugar
|
|
2 cups of water
|
1 TSP salt
|
|
First put the longan on a rack and take a pot and bring
water to a bawl then put in the agar powder.stir until the agar is completely
dissolved then add the pandon leaves. Put in the sugar and salt. Then remove
the pandon leaves. Put mixture into four or more cups and add the food
colouring that you prefer. Finally pour the mixture carefully into the longan. Let
everything cool down and set. You are ready to serve.
