INGREDIENTS
·         4 Tbsp Mustard Oil
·         2-3 (1/2 Inch Cinnamon sticks)
·         2-3 Bay leaves
·         1 Tbsp Cumin seeds
·         10-12 Garlic Cloves
·         1/2 Tbsp Black Peppercorns
·         3 Star Anise
·         4-5 Medium Onions thinly sliced
·         Salt To Taste
·         A Handful Of Coriander
